Day 73 - Highlanders Campsite via Stellenbosch to Cape Town - THE END.....
It was a bitter sweet morning, for us it was the last day on the truck. We were sad that our African adventure was coming to an end but very excited to spend some time with out family in Cape Town. The departure time was set for 5h45am to make the 4 hour drive to Stellenbosch in time for some of our tour mates to catch the afternoon wine tour. This worked well for us too as we still had to make our way to Cape Town. Arriving into Stumble Inn hotel just after midday, we unpacked all our gear and said our farewells to all the friends we had made over the 70+ days and bundled into our taxi and set out towards Cape Town knowing that this trip was the beginning of many to come.
